This post series is about my life and will be written like my logbook. I will tell you everyday what I am do and why I do it. I do not write it for money, but for motivating myself every day to achieve my goals. I keep it as transparent as possible because I do not want to fail or embarass myself in front of all SteemIt-Users. Nobody likes it to fail and this logbook will prevent me from being lazy or lacking motivation. It will push me to continue with my hard work and get things done. Selfimprovement is the keyword and I will do it every day!

How my day went

Today I had my first blood plasma donation! It went off without a hitch and so I made my first donation successfully.
With 30€ more in my pocket and 750ml less blood plasma in my body I went for a walk on the "Zeil" in Frankfurt and went shopping before I went home.

Arriving home I made another meme and posted it on dMania. Afterwards I learned the rest of the day.

Tomorrow my second week of my diet is over and we'll see how I progress. At the end of the month I definitely have to weigh 73kg or less to complete my monthly berserker-task for selfimprovement. The goal is definitely achieved, even if a part of the body has to believe in it.

Tomorrow is also my penultimate training before my gymnastics competition. The elements work quite well, especially the parallel bars, but I'm not 100% satisfied yet. I think the competition will be strong so I have to be ready and give my best to prepare for the next days.

Tomorrow, after getting up, I'll be working on a motorcycle all day long before I start training.

Goals

Here you can see my goals and their current status, which I will definitely achieve this year. If I reach them faster they will be added later. Always walking forward, always working hard, always working persistent and always giving 110%!

Follow me! I know the way!

Stay motivated, work hard, be persistent, and you will achieve your goals. Hard work overrides talent. Keep that in mind!

Dude, you're such a motivation!

I feel we live kind of same busy lifestyle, combined with lot of sports and uni and work..But I love how you're tracking everything and also setting short-term goals for yourself. I guess I'll start implementing it as well, cuz in general I'm pushing in training as hard as possible, but not really having ani particular goals in my mind. I just want to be better...

Question: Do you think you'll be able to perform alright tomorrow after today's plasma donation? Also, did it hurt? :DD My little 18years old sis is regular blood donator and makes fun of me all the time..especially in front of other people - "He's doing martial arts, but is a pussy to go with me to donate blood...wtf?" :D

Goals are really important. If you dont see them everyday you loose sight and that will slow you down from reaching your goals.

There is a reason between donating "full blood" and just plasma. You get your red blood corpuscles back into your body and the plasma itself needs just a few houts to regenerate. You are "not allowed" to da sports on the same day, but on the next day you are fully recovered and ready.

And it did not hurt. There is a small injection sting and thats it. I personally do not have problems with it but I know many people that do.

Good luck with the Gymnastics competition Booster

Thank you man! Will need a small portion of luck

great job man. funny story. Back when i was in college they had a blood drive at school and were giving away free cupons for a pitcher of beer at the bar down the street. So me and my buddies all gave blood and went straight to the bar for our free beer. Let me tell you, you turn into a ultra light weight when you are missing that much blood. I was drunk as fuck in a hurry. So go have a couple beers :)

Haha, sounds like a good idea. Let's gooooooo

I recently also donated plasma, twice. Here in the U.S., we can donate every 2 days. I know in Europe it is every 2 weeks, that is definitely the way to go. I got $140 USD for my donations. Donating plasma is a great way to get money in a pinch lol

I can also donate every 2 days because of my good health parameters. So I could make "a lot" of money doing it. I wont force myself to go 3 times a week, but I will go from time to time
