I've tried it before but I need to try it with more focus and intensity. This concept can be applied to so many things.

Thanks @bigtakosenei! We can change nearly every "boring" task in a mindful activity: hanging out the laundry, waiting for the bus, cleaning the windows, etc.
I encourage you to simply try it over and over again. Every day you are getting better, I promise ;-)
