Try to walk in the morning to reduce your risk of death. Researchers believe that walking 45 minutes in the morning can be very far away from the risk of diabetes. Even those who have already undergone diabetes can walk down only 45 minutes in the morning and blood sugar levels fall to normal levels. That will reduce the risk of your death. But just 150 minutes per week is enough to maintain fitness and weight.

Researchers also report that walking only 150 minutes a week or 75 minutes a week is likely to reduce the risk of death. Studies have shown that the risk of death of those who are less inactive than those who move less often is less risk. The study also said that the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, breast and colon cancer is likely to decrease, the study said.

This study was conducted recently on 1,40,000 Americans. It is found in the study that after walking on the move, walking moderately and performing physical activities, a person is less likely to run risk less than 2 hours per week without any physical activity. Those who live on average 2.5 to 5 hours a week, their risk of death is very low. According to the researchers, do not exercise immediately after eating gully, whether it is morning or afternoon, whenever it is.

I've never given much to walking as it's so simple and we as humans like complexity and things that are difficult...unless it is already difficult and then we want it simple. Anyways, I've been reading walking is great for everything especially on rest days when you're not strength training. I'm definitely going to incorporate more walking into my routine!
