Fluoride intake to prevent dental fluorosis was set in the 1930s and 40s when naturally fluoridated water was the predominant source, reports Bhagavatula et al. “The number of sources of fluoride has increased substantially and so has the prevalence of dental fluorosis,” they write.

Great post! I have been fluoride free for years now (Berkey). The most noticeable change a person can make in their life is to consciously avoid all fluoride. After about a month of not ingesting any fluoride its hits you like a truck. You have crystal clear thought and attention, you start to feel more energy. If people ask me what the 2 biggest changes a person can make to effect their life positively: STOP DRINKING FLUORIDE, AND DON'T EAT ROUND-UP (glysophate) ANYMORE.
