Olives are  great in salads. A nice way to make an olive salad is using olives, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, olive oil and Cajun spice. Olives have lots of health benefits. Lets take a look at some of the health benefits below: 

  • Good for digestion 
  • Prevents heart diseases
  • Prevents cancer
  • Improves the circulation of blood
  • Helps with gout and arthritis
  • Good for bones

Caution: Abstain from eating olives when pregnant or breastfeeding
