Pumpkin seeds make a good healthy snack. It also tastes great on a salad. Pumpkin seeds have lots of health benefits. I will be listing some of them below: 

  • Good for the bones
  • Improves metabolism in the body
  • Relieves anxiety 
  • Helps with insomnia
  • Reduces risks of prostate cancer 
  • Prevents cardiovascular diseases
  • Good for the kidneys

Pumpkin seeds are also an excellent source of polyunsaturated fatty acids and contain small amounts of vitamins as vitamin A and B9.

Pumpkin seeds can be consumed toasted with a little sea salt and are a great healthy snack!
