The Importance of Clean Eating

We may eat unhealthy because we have been conditioned by our families, and the amount of fast food places and poor quality foods that are available for cheap. Looking at ingredients and the companies we buy from are essential, but we're often too lazy to do it. A quick, cheap meal is typically easier for our busy lives, despite the fact that is just slows us down.

Eating foods that are not organic, and are genetically modified, or any animal products that are harboring negative energy, brings our vibration down and limits our ability to live healthy. The intentions we put into our food is also key.

If we become aware of the practices of how our food is sourced, becoming mindful of the food we consume, buying independent and local, and be thankful for the food that we have before us, we will be making a huge difference!
