Bagaimana cara mencengah terjadinya hipertensi.

asupan makanan
asupan makanan faktor paling penting untuk mencegah terjadinya hipertensi. bayangkan saja bila anda mengkonsumsi semua makanan tanpa melihat kandungan dari makanan tersebut, maka bukan hanya hipertensi saja yang anda derita, tetapi banyak penyakit lain yang anda derita di massa mendatang.

asupan makanan apa yang harus di cegah.? yaitu asupan makanan yang mengandung kolesterol jahat. kolesterol jahat akan menyebabkan terjadinya hipertensi. karena jika seseorang mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung kolesterol jahat, maka dengan berjalannya waktu akan terjadi penyumbatan pada aliran darah. sehingga darah susah untuk mengalir ke seluruh tubuh. makanan yang mengandung kolesterol jahat, seperti burger, makanan berminyak, dan kue.

merokok

ini juga tidak kalah bahayanya dengan kolesterol jahat. karena bukan hanya kolesterol yang akan di sebabkan, tetapi banyak lagi penyakit lain akan muncul akibat dari merokok. alasan rokok menyebabkan hipertensi, karena merokok akan menyebabkan penebalan pada dinding pembuluh darah. sehingga aliran darah juga akan susah untuk di alirkan. maka hindari hipertensi dengan tidak merokok.

Melakukan olahraga secara rutin juga akan mencegah terjadinya hipertensi. bahkan banyak penyakit lain yang bisa di cegah dari olahraga. bergitu juga minuman alkohol, menghindari alkohol juga dapat mencegah terjadinya hipertensi.*

Kesimpulan

terapkan gaya hidup sehat dari sejak dini untuk mencegah terjadinya hipertensi dan penyakit lain di massa mendatang. hidup sehat akan membuat anda bahagia. bergitu juga dengan sebaliknya, jika hidup tidak sehat, maka kehidupan anda dan apa yang anda raih tidak ada artinya. karena banyak penyakit yang menunggu anda di massa datang.
