discussing the relationship between cholesterol levels and hypertension, this is very closely related. because if someone already has high cholesterol levels in his blood, then over time will cause hypertension. I will explain how the process of hypertension is caused by high cholesterol in the blood.

Before discussing the process, I will explain first the types of cholesterol. this is important to know, because many people think negatively about cholesterol.

cholesterol has 2 types. the first is good cholesterol, which is often called cholesterol (HDL) and the second type of bad cholesterol, which is often called cholesterol (LDL).

Good cholesterol or (HDL) does not cause hypertension. even good cholesterol is very useful for preventing hypertension. because this good cholesterol will take bad cholesterol and bring it to the liver to be solved. that's the reason why good cholesterol is very necessary. You can consume this good cholesterol from various foods. like avocados, nuts, like soybeans, almonds and green beans.

Whereas bad cholesterol (LDL), this cholesterol will cause someone to have hypertension, this is the cholesterol I want to discuss. now I will discuss how the process of hypertension is caused by bad cholesterol.

You can see the picture above. The yellow ones are bad cholesterol that accumulates in the walls of blood vessels. if this bad cholesterol accumulates too much in the walls of blood vessels, it will automatically cause blood flow to flow hard. this can be likened to a water pipe. if there is a lot of dirt in the pipe, then the flow of water will be difficult to flow. also with blood vessels.

and this will trigger the heart to pump more strongly. so that this will cause hypertension. foods that cause bad cholesterol, such as sponge cake food, cooking oil that is used repeatedly, and fast food. of course this food cannot be avoided, you will sometimes want to eat it. but don't consume it too often. because it will cause many problems for your health.

let's prevent starting from now on increasing this bad cholesterol. because this bad cholesterol increases without us knowing it. preventing it is very easy. namely by routinely exercising, choosing foods that contain high nutrition, avoiding cigarettes, avoiding drug use, and doing other positive things.

membahas tentang hubungan kadar kolesterol dan hipertensi, ini sangat erat kaitannya. karena jika seseorang sudah memiliki kadar kolesterol yang tinggi di dalam darahnya, maka dengan seiring berjalannya waktu akan menyebabkan terjadinya hipertensi. saya akan menjelaskan bagaimana proses terjadinya hipertensi yang di akibatkan karena kolesterol tinggi di dalam darah.

Sebelum membahas proses terjadinya, saya akan menjelaskan terlebih dahulu Jenis-jenis dari kolesterol. hal ini penting untuk di ketahui, karena banyak orang yang menganggap negatif terhadap kolesterol.

kolesterol memiliki 2 jenis. yang pertama kolesterol baik, yang sering di sebut kolesterol (HDL) dan jenis yang kedua kolesterol jahat, yang sering di sebut kolesterol (LDL).

kolesterol baik atau (HDL) ini, tidak menyebabkan terjadinya hipertensi. bahkan kolesterol baik ini sangat berguna untuk mencegah terjadinya hipertensi. karena kolesterol baik ini akan mengambil kolesterol jahat dan di bawak ke hati untuk di pecahkan. itulah alasannya kolesterol baik ini sangat di perlukan. anda bisa mengkonsumsi kolesterol baik ini dari berbagai makanan. seperti buah alpukat, kacang-kacangan, seperti kacang kedelai, kacang almond, dan kacang hijau.

Sedangkan kolesterol jahat atau (LDL), kolesterol ini akan menyebabkan seseorang terjadinya hipertensi, kolesterol inilah yang ingin saya bahas. sekarang saya akan membahas bagaimana proses terjadinya hipertensi yang di akibatkan karena kolesterol jahat.

anda bisa melihat gambar di atas. Yang berwarna kuning adalah kolesterol jahat yang menumpuk di dinding pembuluh darah. jika kolesterol jahat ini terlalu banyak menumpuk di dinding pembuluh darah, secara otomatis akan menyebabkan aliran darah susah mengalir. ini bisa di ibaratkan seperti sebuah pipa air. jika pipa terdapat banyak kotoran di dalamnya, maka aliran air akan susah mengalir. bergitu juga dengan pembuluh darah.

dan hal ini akan memicu jantung untuk lebih kuat memompa. sehingga hal tersebut akan menyebabkan terjadinya hipertensi. makanan yang menyebabkan kolesterol jahat, seperti makanan kue bolu, minyak goreng yang di pakai berulang-ulang, dan makanan cepat saji. pastinya makanan ini tidak bisa anda hindari, anda pasti terkadang ingin memakannya. tetapi jangan terlalu sering mengkonsumsinya. karena akan menyebabkan banyak masalah untuk kesehatan anda.

mari kita cegah mulai dari sekarang terhadap peningkatan kolesterol jahat ini. karena kolesterol jahat ini meningkat tanpa kita sadari. mencegahnya sangat mudah. yaitu dengan rutin berolahraga, memilih asupan makanan yang mengandung nutrisi tinggi, menghindari rokok, menghindari pemakaian narkoba, serta melakukan hal-hal positif lainnya

Having high cholesterol is not very good for health. because there will be many other problems that arise. if this is not done seriously, then coronary heart disease, and strokes come over.
