These properties can be used if about 2-4 cups of marjoram are consumed within two hours.
• Relieve pain associated with arthritis, muscle pain, back pain and teeth by applying it topically to places of pain.
• Cleansing the body and fighting germs, fungi and viruses, which means fighting many diseases and common health problems such as food poisoning, tetanus infections, wound typhoid fever, malaria, measles, colds and flu.

How To Use Marjoram
There are several ways to use marjoram to benefit from its therapeutic properties, including: [2]

• Boil the marjoram: by adding a teaspoon of marjoram to a cup of water, and leave the mixture to boil for a quarter of an hour, and then filtered and drink, to take advantage of its characteristics of the digestive system as mentioned above.
• Marjoram: By adding two teaspoons of ground marjoram to a glass of cold water, leave the mixture aside for a full day and then liquidate it with honey. Its concentration can be increased by adding 6 tablespoons of marjoram instead of two tablespoons to take advantage of its sedative and antidepressant properties. .

• It may cause allergies especially in people who are allergic to basil, mint, thyme, sage , lavender, hyssop, and other oral herb.
• May affect blood sugar levels, so sugar levels should be monitored well if consumed by diabetics to take advantage of its various health characteristics.
• May aggravate the problem of intestinal obstruction if it is consumed by people who already have the problem of intestinal obstruction.
• May increase urinary secretions in the urinary tract, leading to obstruction in people who already have urinary tract problems.
• There is no evidence that the consumption of marjoram is dangerous during breastfeeding, but it is recommended to avoid using it to avoid any potential health risk.
• It is advised not to give marjoram to children because it may be unsafe for them.
• It is recommended not to use marjoram for health purposes for at least two weeks before undergoing surgery, as it may increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery.
