Keep going man :D i'd highly recommend meditation , helped me hugely in getting over my own problems in life, also i can't say i know what smoking addiction feels like but you should be insanely proud for the choice you have made to invest in your health, especially when you'll be older. (Now i'm starting to sound old, i'm only 19 myself) but you know :)
