The best thing about any piece of knowledge that we receive is that once we follow/apply it - we begin to notice- feel-experience a difference.. some are sooner than others.
Just thinking and knowing that we need to water our plants is not going to make them blossom, watering them is.
It is the same with us.

Let us have a look at our Old World Programming (OWP) that surely contributed to our collective state of health... and gently-but-firmly replace those beliefs with what serves us best.

OWP 1 -"Eat your breakfast."
Eating straight upon arising is not serving health. Body is coming out of a resting mode and, just like you, it needs time to wake up.
Intermittent fasting does the best job switching our human suit to a health mode.
When we practice prolonged periods of fasting, we offer our body a chance to self-cleanse and self-restore.
Our miracle bio-machine - Body loves it when we "earn' our breakfast (first meal).
Moving (walking, jogging, working out, swimming, rebounding, yogaing around, etc) comes before eating.
HEALTH HACK #1 - Drink Your Warm Lemon Water upon arising... religiously.

OWP 2 -"Avoid sun."
Sunlight is the most healing therapy for our pineal gland and the whole Universe inside of each of us - all our systems, DNA, cells, tissues. Just like everything alive strives for the sun light, every atom of what we are strives to receive it.
HEALTH HACK #2 - Get 10-15 minutes of sun light every day. It is one of the best FREE healing techniques available on this planet.

OWP 3 - "Use sunscreen."
Most old world sunscreens are made with cell-damaging chemicals, as the entire beauty industry of the old world. These little "terrorists" build up in our tissues over years, creating serious health problems later on in life.
Human Body is not designed to process chemicals.
HEALTH HACK #3 - Replace all chemicalized products with NATURAL and chemical-free ones.

AVOID chemicals as much as you can.

OWP 4 -"Drink milk for calcium and eat meat for protein."
If that is true, how come humanity is "sick, fat, and nearly dead".
Please, know - There is nothing more disturbing to a human hologram than body fluids and flesh of another sentient being. It interferes with our original blueprint, confuses our DNA, and messes up our physical bio-machines.
If we look at it from a vibrational point of view, it gets even more scary - every time we consume those so called foods - we engage in ritualistic sacrifice, we unconsciously become a part of the darkness, feeding and strengthening it by our partaking in it.

HEALTH HACK #4 - Get on PLANTBASED diet as soon as you can.
It will HEAL you, cleanse you physically and vibrationally, it will alter your state of consciousness and will allow you personal access to mental clarity, better feeling of You and to higher frequencies of the creation.
Plants nurture our body, feed our mind, and keep our Spirit connected to everything that IS.

We get plenty of calcium from PLANTS, such as
HEMP, CHIA, SESAME, ALMOND BUTTER, FIGS, ARTICHOKES, KALE, WATERCRESS ...to mention just a few.

The more time we spend with what is called "me" facing it, spying on it, getting to know it - the more EMPOWERED and CONNECTED to the higher consciousness we get.
When we are unplugged from the old world programming, when we are empowered and connected, we experience liberation for ourselves, creating ripples and pathways for others to do the same!

You know, it's funny that I come across your post when I have just read something about how warm water can cure most things on body. Not medicine, but just pure water. Now with your post, I am sold. It's true. We don't medicine. Nature has already made up for that.

Those are all great health hacks! I think it's important to point out the risks of the sun, now that the days are getting warmer. The sun is supposed to be good for you but not for hours - you should get some sunshine on a daily basis, but always make sure that you're protected and don't harm your skin!
I'm also a very big fan of meditation, since it helps you to get a clear mind and it's great to be able to focus on a long day :) Thanks for sharing!
