How to loose belly fat

  1. Drink herbal tea or green tea

Research have proved that if you drink herbal or green tea daily atleast 2 times you can loose atleast 1-2kg monthly

  1. Avoid sweetened drinks

Avoid coca cola ,Pepsi or any softdrink or canned drinks

  1. Eat more protein

Eat more protein rich food like fish,eggs and sea food

  1. Eat lot of fibre

Eat more vegetables and fruits

  1. walk daily 30mins

Personally this has worked for me , a daily walk of atleast 30 mins can burn 100-150 calories
