Simple way to get healthier - smoothies!

Do you want to feel more energy everyday? Do you want to be healthier? Mabye, you want to eat more vegetables & fruits, but don't know how? 

I have simple tip for you - just drink smoothie everyday!

Why is it worth to drink smoothies?


To supplement nutrients , for more energy , increase the body's resistance and improve well-being.

Smoothies, cocktails and vegetable and fruit juices are one of the best ways to provide yourself with high doses of vitamins - it's hard to eat a few carrots, apples, spinach, etc. in one meal. And in a cocktail you mix everything and you're done!


Another advantage is the fact that vegetables and fruit in juices and cocktails are usually raw , or slightly pre-cooked (such as carrots, beetroots), which means that they retain the fullness of nutrients and do not lose vitamins. 

If you are making a cocktail, you mix whole fruits and vegetables, and therefore also fiber . It is slightly different in the case of juice made in a juicer - there is no fiber, but there are plenty of vitamins, and that's equally important! The fiber can be topped up in a different way.

 I want to show you that vegetable and fruit drinks can be delicious, varied, filling and healthy. And that their daily consumption is a great habit that will give you lots of energy! You can drink them for the second breakfast, as part of a snack, for high tea, dinner ... It depends on you :)



How to make a perfect smoothie?


It's really simple, if you'll follow some rules, presentet on below picture.

Just take one or two ingredients from each category, mix in blender and drink!





Three delicious smoothie recipies


 Creamy green ginger smoothie  

  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • ½ fresh cumber
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 tbl spoon of chia seeds

 Wash veggies and fruits, peel them and chop. Put into blender, and mix untill you'll get a smooth shake. Cheers!

Sweet red smoothie

  • small beetroot
  • banana
  • orange
  • 1 tbl spoon of chia seeds
  • 1 glass of water
  • few strawberries

 Wash veggies and fruits, peel them and chop. Put into blender, and mix untill you'll get a smooth shake. Cheers!

Carrot smoothie with nut's taste

  • carrot
  • orange
  • 1/2 cup of boiled millet
  • 1 glass of plant milk
  • 1 tbl spoon of peanut butter

 Wash veggies and fruits, peel them and chop. Put into blender, and mix untill you'll get a smooth shake. Cheers!
