If you want to absolutely OBLITERATE your Biceps & Triceps try this amazing workout on for size! I superset heavily and after each superset I'll take a 2-3 minute break.
REMEMBER! Stay hydrated and pick a weight for all the sets that you can confidently do for alllll the repetitions in the superset!
Biceps & Triceps Workout:
1st Superset
- Barbell Curl (4 sets of 10 reps)
- Incline Cable Rope tricep pull (4 sets of 10 reps)
2nd Superset
- Dumbbell Alternate Bicep Curl (4 sets of 10 reps)
- Triceps Pushdown (4 sets of 10 reps)
3rd Superset
- Incline Dumbbell Curl (4 sets of 10 reps)
- Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension (4 sets of 10 reps)
4th Superset
- Concentration Curls (4 sets of 10 reps)
- Cable Tricep kickbacks (4 sets of 10 reps)
- Bench Dips (4 set of 10 reps)
