Thank you. Personal survey on some people I know who have different kinds of pain/aches in different part of the body :- mostly doctors suggest them exercise and swimming is mostly the doctors' preferred suggestion. There must be some reason. My guess is it exercise all the different parts of the body.

I think swimming is the best exercise that a person can do because all the body muscles are working while swimming. That's why a lot of doctors suggest that swimming is very good for everyone!
