If you want to keep your hair strong and tall, you can make your hair healthy and beautiful by adopting few simple ways. .

1. Hair trimming:

It is important for hair to be tall and healthy to make hair trimming regularly, hair should be trimmed from half to one inch. This increases hair growth.

2. Usage of oil:

The use of oil also helps hair to be tall and thick. Oil should be used two hours before shampoo. Almond oil, olive oil, and Mustard oil are the best oil that helps in the development of hair. There is two way to well absorb oil in hair.

3-Massage warm oil

Massage warm oil before sleeping and shampoo early in the morning. Second is two hours before the shampoo use oil and wrapped with light weight towels. This will open hair pores and oil will absorb into the skin.

4-Hair Massage:

5-Less usage of shampoo and conditioner:

Mostly people wash everyday hair with shampoo because they believe that dust come every day in the hair. Due to this stop hair growth and start getting thin. Therefore you must minimize the usage of shampoo. Expert says that you just wash the hair with water well.
