Daily Remedy #5 | Cold And Cough | Best Remedies.
Now days everyone believes that one may suffers from cough and chest infection due to Bacteria and viruses. During old-time Mysterious poisonous was supposed responsible for a cough and cold. But research shows that one may suffer cough and cold because of cold air, breathing problem, dryness, and heat. Whatever is the reason but any kinds of atmospheric change can cause you cough flu and fever Some people are affected by this early and some lucky people who don’t even affected by them.
Today I’m here with the remedy for those who suffers from cold and cough.
Remedy
This Simple Home remedies Contain 3 things which are:
- Carrots (Half Kg)
- Honey (3 Table Spoon)
- Water (Amount necessary to boil carrots)
How to do it
.
Put carrots in water and boil until they become soft, then Cut them into thin pieces with the knife.
Don’t waste the water you used to boil carrots.
Let it cool and again use it.
Mix honey in the water and put this honey mix water on the carrots and keep this mixture in any safe place or in any safe bowl.
By drinking this for two days you will feel a prominent change and you will get rid of flu and cough.
