in the past few days I have been doing prevention activities for hypertension. after learning about hypertension, I came to know that hypertension is not only suffered by an elderly person, but someone who is young can suffer from hypertension.
I did prevention of hypertension with various things. the main thing is to avoid foods that contain bad cholesterol (LDL). I know that foods that contain bad cholesterol can cause blockages in the walls of blood vessels. in this case of course the risk of hypertension occurs. the food I avoid is fast food, sponge cake, burgers, and fried foods with used oil.
After that I routinely exercise every morning with a duration of 20 minutes per day. I also avoid not smoking. I think smoking not only causes hypertension, but also causes financial depletion.
I also avoid foods and drinks that are high in sugar. I know if someone often consumes foods and drinks that are high in sugar, then over time diabetes will occur. and diabetes also has a high risk of hypertension.
That's my activity for a few days to prevent hypertension
