HappyChallenge: Yummy vegetables
My first #happychallenge post was about my parents and how much they miss me - https://steemit.com/happychallenge/@emag/happychallenge-today-i-m-grateful-for. The second one is about how they are making me happy even they are so far.
Today they send me a package with vegetables grown in their own garden.
I have no words to describe you how tasty and fresh they are. If it was possible they would have sent to me a lot of vegetables, but the short list sounds like this: tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, thyme, parsley and onion.
They look absolutely delicious, aren't they?
So generous and thoughtful of them! How did they ship them? Just in a box? What a delivery that is!
Indeed, @jaymorebeet, they are very thoughtful. The distance from my hometown to where I'm living now is about 250km. There are minibuses to this route and sometimes we also use them for fast deliveries (a kind of informal courier). My parents announced me that they send me a box with vegetables on this way and to be careful not forget to pick up them from bus station at the right time.
Woah that's an awesome way to get packages from one place to another quickly! So neat- i wish we had that where I live!
