Oh, how delicious that sounds and looks! I love cheesecake, but haven't eaten one since I became vegan. I just haven't seen that many good vegan recipes for cheesecakes... Anyway, I'll save this, and perhaps make it for my birthday next month! 😊
It was really good =) If it's too much lemon layer you can just save it in a jar in your fridge and eat with pancakes :) Soo good :)
