My Philosophy About Unhappiness

One of the things I wished I had learned when I was young, was the ability to analyze the causes of my misery. I was unhappy but I don't know exactly why I am unhappy. A large nest of wasps in my chest I avoid entering it, I look only from the outside and say that I am unhappy
Later, when I had the courage to enter this hornet's nest, I found out that most of my misery did not come from the absence of reasons for happiness, but rather from the presence of real, material and tangible reasons for concern, that is, if we were to stop being miserable, we must immediately Stop trying to make ourselves happy, and instead work to remove the real causes of anxiety in our lives
And for a simplified explanation.. If a person is unable to sleep because of the presence of a huge nail pointed head in his bed will never benefit him to change the lid to a soft cover, or try to watch a movie, or drink a hot and soothing drink. All of these solutions are nice and nice but they don't help, because simply that huge screw is still stinging in your side whenever you turn on your bed.
Nice article @horpey really interesting
