Where is the real Happiness....
We give "importance" to those things which we "don't have" and "never" thanks for the "things we have."
We didn't value the things that we get easily but we importance the things that are not possible or hard for us to get. We don't have time to think about all this thing, all are busy in their own problems and life. we all see the things that we don't have but didn't have time to notice what we already have. We all are finding our happiness in things and other peoples but the real happiness is inside us.

All of us are living a double lifestyle :
- what we really are
- What we pretend/ presents to others
The secret we hide have a devastating impact on our life when we hide secrets were forced to lie about who we
and we present ourselves to the world as something we are not and when we do that for long enough
we lose touch with who we actually authentically are and the aliveness that we once felt as children gets replace by numbness.
