@jerrybanfield I had some really bad sleeping habits in the past, but I was finally able to overcome by following some of the tips that you mentioned above. Just like you said, I stop checking my emails or messages at least an hour before I go to bed. I feel so much better in the morning now than ever before. Thanks for giving us the deep insight. !!
