I have spent lots of time sending messages back to people either spamming, c+p or plagiarizing someones work. I don't have enough time for me on steemit , let alone trying to warn users of the consequences of their actions if they continue. I might just go to mute for everyone who does those actions. It won't solve the problem however. Maybe the steem develpers could have a post go through a pre-post hopper (before we see it) to catch alot of these problems. Automate it to reject the post if it possesses the problems indicate. It would go back to the poster showing the problems with an automated reject code. To make it work, it would have to be quick. Say, less than an hour. Less if possible. Something needs to be done if we are going to be the quality site we want.
