Etruscan delight
{Oh snitches, what does thou want in this World? All you do is pain people who wish to take a serious stance. Why does one do what thou does? All I see is that you remove key figures without doing the removal thyself. How does one live knowing of the crime of telling on someone who committed no crime to the masses? Plenty good in yer furbished apartment that was graciously given by the party you snitched for. Where does one think sane to snitch and not try to combat the person themself? Lest one is brittle, thou is a coward of the highest kind and deserving to have thy life equally taken. For to snitch is to not tell people of wrongdoings but to only remove someone that someone despises. Id est, to murder without having to the do the murder.... This post contains a fifty-worder that shall be based upon the haiku in today's submission to @bananafish's Mizu No Oto contest in its 9th week. End blurb always as provided lest otherwise noted... Sanctified bovine,
white marble for loyalty
that it cannot give.

神圣的牛，白色的大理石，忠诚，它无法给予。
Mármol blanco, bovino santificado por lealtad que no puede dar.

Now of course, within those of the [expunged] of the bananfish discord, you'd probably understand slightly what I meant from the start blurb. I, from this point will refer to my contact as "anon/contact" for sake of obscurity. For those not in the know, let's say a fellow contact of mine has gone under; id est, maintaining a low profile. Anon's reasons to keep such I shan't reveal, but a recent event had occurred to anon that I cannot keep so quiet. But instead of talking about the event, I want to purposefully derail it to a discussion of snitching. But before that, I shall talk sparsely on details as to give some vague understanding which regardless shall justify the start blurb.
As of [expunged] ago, Anon was travelling to a meeting point. Suddenly Anon spotted something wrong with the scene: not only was the group shady, this group wasn't anywhere commonplace in where they all were situated at. Yet my contact's defenses were kept low since who Anon was dealing with was semi-trusted. However, getting [expunged] paces away from the meeting point, my contact turned around and got klopped in the cheeks. The group then proceeded to harass and beat on Anon, but my contact managed to retaliate and flee the scene ASAP. Hours later, my contact was patched up thanks to friends and now has to resort every other contact Anon has been associated with, even going as far as a decade ago.
Yet why bring up this if I dare not to make clear or concrete of this. This easily could fit any gang-up stories, yet the point was that this was a set-up and someone snitched on my contact. To the point where they even got the "Proudboys" involved and used them to silence my contact. Already pecked up with how the outcome turned out, me and my contact with a few other contacts discussed at length of how organizations have snitcher cells and it's becoming a bigger plague than what was once expected. To the point where nobody can say what needs to be said whenever a contingent result happens in the World, because there can be a Fifth Columnist agent in it or La CIA just so happens to find you not worthy to live any more. Not only that but that snitch is still scott-free, probably not for longer as they'll be reported and or dealt with ASAP. But now let's get on to the details between snitching and "reporting" people.
Snitching has mainly distinctions from reporting people, yet there are two big differences: cowardice and the ability to deal with the rival when one clearly has the means to do it. Our lil' snitch was hiding their true intentions, to give lovely whispers to help aide my contact to a better place where their work can be better utilized. And with that, we come to this scenario; but more-so, the contact easily avoided giving their true beliefs and masqueraded that because they knew my contact could easily root them out. So leads to the next thing, personal power. The snitch had the ability to deal with my contact, to the point of effacing Anon with henchman as told in the tale. Not only that, they only intend to remove people because it's a threat to one's existence both physically and socially. Very rarely to help society be bettered.
Which ultimately leads to reporting people. Reporting people may seem cowardice, but it's a courage to no longer stand to be screwed over with. Why? Because you take none of the shit of the abuser but at the same time you know you can't deal with the abuser alone as that abuser can overpower you and may end up hurting you may. To go back to the snitcher, the snitcher is always on equal ground to the people they hurt in terms of personal power alone. Returning back, there seems to be a contradiction in behaviour: one doesn't want to be subjected to abuse and, at the same time, knows one's hopelessness in the situation. The abused who cannot deal with the abuser are deserving of routes to circumvent and ultimately get rid of the abuser. And the longer it remains delayed for justice to efface the abuser, the longer the abused gets damaged permanently to the point where self-defense must be taken to live... Or die fighting otherwise. And unlike the snitcher, the report deals with actual threats in society and can only do good where snitching has mixed results but ends up being a negative for those not in the snitcher's posse.

I really enjoyed reading the haiku in the light of the following "Etruscan" dialogue, to discover the irony of the post mortem glorified sacrifice
