no, it's just a counter. So whenever we count flowers we use it. 1 rin, 2 rin. Think of counters like the group words we use in english. a block of cheese, a head a lettuce, a (my favorite) murder of crows.
Anyway, I support your idea. We should write a letter!
I think I understand now, never heard of the murder of crows before haha, that is a deadly one!
