Outsmart Any Habit - Living Fully for the Common One

Instead of always fighting or giving in, there is a way to replace all habits.

First, write your replacement goal down. Replace Habit A with Habit B.
See it, speak it, hear it, feel it.
What does it feel like to ACTUALLY get what you want?

Second, when you become aware you are doing Habit A, immediately stop, and inject Habit B in its place and speak your replacement goal openly.
This part helps you keep yourself accountable, no one can do that part except YOU.

Now, plan for the future.
You obviously understand you will not continue with Habit B for eternity,
so plan your next replacement accordingly.

Repeat all steps for your new replacement habit plan, and outsmart any habit that you have.
