Get These Gains - Day 4

Day 4 of getting back at the gym. Since I’ve been working out my upper body for the most part, I decided to work out legs and do some abs!

I know the general consensus amongst gym rats is hating leg day but I kind of enjoyed it, although I did sweat buckets and my legs are wobbly. Looking back, maybe it wasn’t such a good idea working out legs on a Friday because now I’ll be limping all weekend...

Since it was my first leg day I went a little light:

20 Minutes Treadmill
12/10/8/6 Squats (40/60/80/80kg)
4x10 Leg Press (100kg)
4x12 Leg Extensions (40kg)
4x15 Kettlebell Squats (25kg)

4x20 Leg Raises
4x15 Crunches
4x10 Oblique Crunches
3x40 Second Planks

It was quite a demanding workout but it felt really fulfilling and good sweating it out and going through the pain. Stay focused and stay motivated!

Thanks! Haha yeah I’ve always had a fat metabolism but I can never gain weight :(
