Do we need supplements for workouts?
I think no, but I am testing it out for the next weeks to give it a try.
It is not that unhealthy what people think but it is also not healthy for your body on a long time, it is just a booster for yourself. So keep in mind that you need to stay focused on your workout to achieve improvement.
