Back and Bi

Trying to build up my deadlift, but have been struggling with the eccentric portion of the lift. Hopefully as I build up more strength in my posterior chain all will resolve.
After deadlifts, I hit some pull-ups, inverted rows, and bicep curls. My back and bis were fried 😎. Let’s talk fitness!
