RE: The Gridcoin University!

It's a little weird too that we went from weekly hangouts with pay for attending to bi-weekly due to peoples schedules and being global and not everybody being on PST let alone in the USA , such as Australia.
So will this fix the teamwork issues and how we do not function as a team yet still along with the infighting and cliques only instead of just the GRC8 we have sub cliques now. Like the slack clique , the discord cliques and the irc cliques and etc the list goes on. Does this fix how people let their personal feelings dictate allowing others to participate let alone facilitate and contribute?

" I've since realized my limitations, as well as the amazing pool of talent that we have in our community " that is an interesting quote because there has been a pool of talent but it constantly gets shit on due to our forced trusted community leaders , such as yourself and people get pushed away and turned off of the idea of helping let alone contributing their talents , I know personally and first handedly seeing as this has happened to me and I have seen it happen to others. I see this as another way for peoples ideas to get stolen and taken away from them , just like the hangout let alone steemit and CCT.

Maybe this might fix people working together on projects vs wanting to be the center of the Gridcoin world but I really see this making things worse and people feeling more left out and unwanted only instead of 1 big community unwanted in the sub-communities.

I've never seen/had such negative experiences. I guess I'd need specific examples before believing anything you're saying..
