What to do about this foundation poll (developer reimbursement) and its mandate/minimum vote weight ?

The Developer Reimbursement 6 Month Package poll has ended:  

• 15.87% of all voting shares took part in this. So, less than 20%
• and it was approved by 98.5%

And now let's look at this poll from February:  

• Poll mechanism: Should there be a minimum vote weight required for foundation polls?  
  • 17.48% of all voting shares took part back then, and the outcome was:
  • yes, 20% minimum vote weight required for foundation polls, by 27.78% of the shares (see also my comment here)
  • aggregated, you could also say: 20% or more vote weight wanted by 56.85% of the voters. see picture below

And at the following poll (Feb/March):  

• Meta poll: What is the minimum vote weight that should be required for mandate behind a poll to be valid?  
  • only 1.32% of all voting shares took part
  • and best answer was: 25% (by 72.49%)
