Stake Gridcoin's 1-million block and... get a prize!

The user(s) staking the 1 millionth Gridcoin block (or a defined range around it) will get the donated GRCs.

About the range: 

• e.g. people staking block 999999 and 1000001 also get something? or extend the range more: 999990 and 1000010 ?
• This would help that not only 1 lucky guy gets the donations!

The question also is: 

should the donations be splitted, e.g. for a PoS (Proof of Stake) and PoR (Proof of Research) block ?

• e.g. since Gridcoin rewards science work in general we could reward a PoR-block much more (an investor has to leave the wallet open only, while a miner invests more: energy) ? I think this would look in non-Gridcoin people's eyes better, or ?
