Another magnitude zero event (3.5 days after last case)

29.5h after waiting for this superblock:

• unfortunately superblock #965444 has only the "Amicable Numbers" projects listed (this means: 4% only of all whitelisted projects)
• team users with magnitude: 252 (total team users: 357, team users without beacon: 130)

As suggested in the last such magnitude zero event (3 days and 15h ago):

• you could run your wallet as investor

Also, the net weight currently is at 31.3 million (6 AM UTC+2), everybody please keep this in mind at such low values (last "forking situation": 6 days ago).

The version 3.5.9.3 was released with the intention to help in above situations, 

• unfortunately too rushed to release it (the first-run case causes stuff like: "Getting 0 CPIDS in NN GUI and instant crash when click on sync."), so another version will come likely due to that; and... let's see if the intended problem gets actually treated also.
