After playing Blockchain Sherlock the last few days, it's time to take a break and chill out tonight.

wouldn't it be nice that your reputation would go down by the amount of people that have you ignored as a sign you are not welcome instead of down voting / flagging , o well great red eyes got some of those too , voted and resteemed enjoy your quality time :)
you mean "mutes" counting against the reputation score? That sounds like a great idea actually!
yes , that way you won't have to waste voting power on down voting :)
i think it's good flagging costs voting power! otherwise we would have flag-wars all over the place... at least this way you have to consider if you really want to flag...
on the other hand... the reputation score is afaik only a feature of steemit.com and not on the blockchain. I don't know how that is with "muting" but i'd suppose that's also only on the site steemit.com - so actually making mutes reduce the reputation on the site... would still be a good addition.
Flagging however, impacting rewards and not just visibility, should still work as it does. Just lowering visibility based on muting-quotas... that makes sense!
