I think it is all about expectation management. If someone joins to become a whale or millionaire over night, he might be discouraged easily. If someone joins for inspiration, fun and the community, he will definitely get a lot out of being here. I am definitely looking forward for being here! :-)

Absolutely. I was shooting some wintery sunrise shots yesterday when we had snow here in Belgium, but it is all pretty much all melted today.
I was also shooting some frozen beach sceneries yesterday and need to head out now to shoot some more. I will post an update about that soon. Looking forward to see more posts from you as well! have a wonderful, snowy day :-)
