Yes, this country is a perfect 👌 place for sunlovers ☀️ like me wich comes as well with world class diving quality.

If you like old stones, woooow - there are plenty. For activity you might even go with a quad a few hour into the desert and play like a boy with a new toy in the huge sandbox.

BUT what’s about #Beer?

This is a Drama

You may know me as the #BeerSaturday guy who runs this weekly challenge. Being as well a German (Beer Lover) who is living in Belgium (Beer Heaven country) means that I enjoy some good beers. I don’t need to drink a lot as I’m more focused on the great taste and not at the alcohol.

2 weeks on Peroni

Our hotel direct at the beach comes as well with a huge pool and a water park where even I was using the water slides

BUT they had only the local Peroni beer and really nothing else.

And as I said, this beer was more tasteless as a Koelsch beer from Cologne and a guy at the poolbar told me

It taste like made from camels stuff, you know which.

Hmmm, it wasn’t as bad (bitter) but there was no head if you pour it into the glas. The taste at all was stale together with no malt or barley.

We called it „yellow water beer“

The sad but partly happy day

As every holiday has an end, we had to leave the sun and all the colorful fish at the Red Sea wich you see at my video about the wonderful Sataya reef and some other posts I did at this trip.

So, we hit the airport, got all stuff scanned, nearly forgot one bag and got checked in and even or passport got controlled.

Shops with cold beer

My wonderful wife went straight into one shop to buy me a Heineken. It seems I was telling her a bit to much about the camel beer during the last days.

My questions for her

Lovely, but this is just one beer.

did not got any responce but A bottle of water. Not where I was asking for, but a five hour flight might be good with some water.

Sadly my next request

Let‘s have a six pack

got ignored by her as well with pointing to the kids. Ok, hmmm, so, better one than none and up up into the air.

SunExpress airline

They do exact what their name said. Fly into the sun as fast as possible and nothing more. They where quite confused with their service, had none water or coffee and the „in the air heated pizza“ looks as it was produced at the same factory as our beloved „camel beer“

Luckily we had our own stuff to eat and Inkept me busy with writing funny blog posts about bad beer

It says something with music on the cover

and believe me, my ears heard that music wich was played with a very very low volume and maybe only in my had.

At normal situations I not a big fan of Heineken beers but in this case, here at the plane - damn this was beautiful but gone in 2 Minutes.

You know what?

This evening, after landing in Cologne and a 1 hour drive, I will open the door of my fridge and will hopefully find some Belgium beers waiting for me.

It ended even better

After crossing the border, we to the next exit and got a wonderful portion of Belgian style French fries together with - you guess - a Belgium Jupiler beer.
