The Explorer's Photo Challenge - Fishing the Sun

Istanbul is one of my favorite cities. Once you are there, you get to realize why so many empires were fighting to have it in their territory. It is simply magical. I love everything about it - the noisy streets, the bargain, the colorful Turkish lamps, the smell of hookah. The mosques at night can make you believe that you are participating in Scheherazade's fairytale. I found an amazing spot for sunset the last time I was in the city. The seaside in the Asian part of Istanbul gives you a great view over the European part and you get a bonus - spectacular sunsets over the most popular mosques. I, however, was sitting on a bench behind this fishermen and thinking that with the sun down it looks like they are trying to catch it. Did they succeed? I don't know. I only remember the sun disappeared soon after I took the picture :)(:
