I believe that nothing is chance and when the word comes to us to preach, it also ministers to us like that double-edged sword, really this verse I love speaks about a new heart, what God has been constantly talking about in my life, Darlenys I will give you a new heart.

I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. [NIV Ezekiel 36:26]

A while ago in a process of my life my heart began to beat more than usual, I used to get tired often, and I could not breathe well, I felt paralyzed, because of all the things that had happened to me, the truth is that condition filled me with fear, with doubts, until God began to perfect his love in me.

I had to let God heal every wound from the past, all bitterness, all pain, they were rooted in my old heart, a cardiologist friend told me Darlenys you have to relax, because your heart rate is above normal, I understood that I needed to change, and the only thing that can change a heart is the love of Jesus!

This friend, who specializes in heart transplants, values Ezekiel 36:26 as few of us can. He is in charge of the pre and postoperative care of heart transplant patients. Often, he is in the operating room when surgeons remove diseased and discolored hearts and replace them with other "new," pink and vibrant ones that were donated.

He explains that the process of selecting who receives a "new" physical heart is similar to the process for those who can get a "new heart" from God (Ezekiel 36:26). In both cases, the only criterion is necessity.

It has been fascinating to see how the Lord is fulfilling His Word in the lives of many who have set their hearts.
The heart of stone has been transformed into many.
Loving the Lord above all things.
That is leading us to cleanse our lives and our homes of everything that belongs to darkness.
The heart of stone with the brother in many has been transformed by a heart that loves, forgives, cries, asks for forgiveness, embraces.
The stone heart that was greedy, selfish and only sought personal well-being, has been transformed by generous hearts, by hearts with an attitude of servants, offering the best for the Lord and his home.

Let us allow God to fulfill the promise he made many centuries ago: Hebrews 8:10
