Indeed, in the "the sweet new style" circle a number of new interpretations of love appear, which are introduced and enriched in the collections of individual poets. For Cavalcanth, for example, love is a feeling that constantly brings into the soul anxiety and suffering. Love "assale" into the soul of Guinetselli and "cruel battle through sighs" drops it to the ground. For Cavalcanti and for Dante, the meeting with the beloved is also a battle . Chino defines love as a "spirit that fills man with anxiety." In one of his late cousins, Guido Guinitselli argues that love turns all the spirits of tranquility into me in flight" . During the third period of his development in the "the sweet new style" circle, the two talented Florentine poets Dante and Cavalcantini are found.
