Communication analysis as an exchange of information, interpersonal perception and behavior.

Social psychology is knowledge of the individual and the group, which constitutes the meaning and essence of our spiritual world. The subject of social psychology is the phenomena of the individual and mass psyche brought about by the activity through communication. Communication and activity are basic sociopsychological categories. A basic means of coordinating the action, respectively of performing the joint activity, is communication. It is an exchange of information whose purpose is to regulate the interaction in the context of the relations that have been established. Communication is internally intertwined in the activity, it is a part of the joint actions of the people and is a form of coordination of behavioral acts of the individual participants.

It is a form of bilateral human activity, one of the main aspects of the lifestyle whose main unit or cell is contact. As a complex and multifaceted process, it includes in its system social communication - exchange of information; social interaction - exchange of experience, behavior, activity and its products between people, groups, social systems; social perception - mutual perception and mutual understanding; relationship and interaction between entities, and also objects - individual and collective - in order to achieve coherence, harmonious activity and overall result. Communication is the form of a real existence, a way of directly or indirectly realizing different in terms of type and content social relations and interpersonal relationships or personal affairs and relationships, a process of their updating. It is the external, practical side of a certain type of human and social relations.

In a narrow sense, the notion of communication is used to characterize interpersonal, immediate relationships and relationships in which individuals are physically and spiritually created each other. Genetically the primary and most complete form of communication is the immediate communication under the conditions of a social micro environment. In general, three levels of communication analysis differ: macro level; mezzo; micro level. At the first two levels is defined the strategy of communicative activity or the behavior of the teacher, and the third - his tactic in communication. Main communication functions: information - communication - transmission and reception of information; regulatory - forming goals, motives and behavioral programs, mutual stimulation and mutual control of behavior; affective - deterministic emotional states of man - and finally a more general, life function: lifting and maintaining the human tone of life. In the individual - psychological context, communication is one of the main social needs of a person whose satisfaction requires a process of simultaneous and consistent interaction between people and achievement of consensus, a common emotional experience and maximum consistency in the actions for achieving a goal.
