Locally active for global Action - p#1 Business plan ImpactN

Apart from getting involved in the SOS action plan, setting up our business plan has kept us busy over the last two weeks. Oh yes, and there was some family meeting as well...

Now here is the next stage of the voyage to (hopefully) success, our intro: page#1 of our business plan. We would love to get some resonance from the Steem community.

All over the world people are working towards United Nations’ Global Goals. Whatever they do – cleaning the oceans, saving bees, banking the unbanked – they encounter similar challenges. To secure funding goes along with time-consuming and often fruitless efforts. The same applies when searching for co-creators and supporters. And even identifying good practice as source of knowhow is not easy.

Wouldn’t it be great, if this could be changed? A system, making it easier for users to overcome their challenges would have these features:

• Funding is fast and easy, even for the smallest project – enabled through peer to peer transfers.
• On- and offline activities resulting in social impact are rewarded directly.
• Collaboration is actively supported – locally and globally.
• Community knowhow is pooled in a systematic way.

Making such a system become reality is our mission at ImpactN, leading locally to fast tracks of success and globally to an exponential growth of social impact.

N stands for networks – local networks and the global social network emerging.

Making these networks strong, leads to the scaling of impact,

to impact to the power of N.

As a team of experts in system design we bring in deep practical experience in setting up innovation infrastructures. ImpactN will be set up as a for-profit business, combining social, technological and economical innovation.

Crowd-based problem solving is the key to tackle 21st century’s complex problems , combining local action, global knowledge pooling and decentralised governance. Offline and online activities will be interlocked as an important support feature. On the technological side the combination of a collaboration platform with blockchain introduces the possibility of easy, fast and seamless payment transfers. Finally, launching a social impact token enables a new type of economy, rewarding those, who are most active towards achieving social impact, aligning funding and social impact.
