4: These point he said is even the worst among them all, that he has to wait yearly before he can get any benefit or profit if there is. And he said there is no way he can wait for a full year.
5:lastly he said to me you know am a practicing Muslim and there is no way I can accept benefit acquired through interest.
At that moment i understand why he was sure the real-estate bussines is not a place for him.
