short version : upvote to get equal share on payout day - three 100% votes will be given randomly to three different people who voted on this post (on payout day ofcourse) and for every 10sp @ubasti gets i will enroll someone at random into @steemitbasicincome chosen from people who have participated
the obvious ways to do this are :

well upvote ofcourse or you get nothing
re-steem for bigger exposure, the more votes the more to divide, re-steeming doesnt even cost a thing
follow because i'm not sure what to do with my 10% pledge on this one, is it participants only or random follower, i havent even found someone to tell me what the method call is using curl so i got time to think but
dont worry , everything will be done strict yet manually until then, no vote wasted

SO ... atm i'm wobbling between push to the next distribution or leave out either the lowest or the highest ... nothing is set in stone , the only thing here i want is fair (and to advance myself ofcourse, that goes without saying)

so if there's not enough to give even the minimum 0.001 to every participant the idea is not to pull it out of my pockets because those are empty enough as is, it will either go to the next post on distribution OR some people will have be left out, either the one that needs it the least ... OR the 100 bots who voted 1% at zero weight, needless to say accounts with names like iamnotabot000 to iamnotabot999 will get at best one share, i think thats fair enough, i'm trying to get to a ruleset that works as i do this, planning ? i dont believe in planning due to entropy being the core of existence and neither did sun tzu, the best plan is no plan, improvisation but i agree there has to be a framework and basic set so anyone who "wastes" (lol) a vote knows what they're getting into

100% upvotes : only two eligible so i will give one person TWO 100% votes, at this moment they're not much so i will try to find a post that's already sure to be paid to give it a slight boost, by the time i go botting the vote should be enough to put a zero post to payable SO , thats one for @mitchconnor , one for @alexaventuria and vote 3 (cuzzz @hr1 is stale ... sorry mate, votes on dead posts are pointless) number three goes to (flip coin heads is m, tails is a) @alexaventuria
theres plenty of accounts there that are stale but if they don't decline payment i have to stick to certain standards since they voted (dropping stale accounts from a non-payable post is also an option but so far i dont see posts that are in danger of being undividable)

as the minimum one can send is 0.001SBD that means ... what does that mean ? if 500 votes reach only 0.5 then everyone can still get 0.001 ? is that what it means ? so in that case if there's a payout there 'shouldnt' be a problem, barring exceptions
there will be no upvotes since that was not an SBD-distro post but simply an introduction, upvotes will only be raffled on three contestants of actual SBD-distro posts (needless to say upvotes will not be given to 'stale' accounts with the most recent post older than six days) its gonna be a bot after all, i will need SOME kind of algorithm heh
