It been more than a year and no plan on monzitation has been given. It would make sense if they required you to login in every day and there were ads in their wallet

I made a successful withdrawal of my Feathercoin last night, so if it is a scam, it's one I made something on haha
They don't give out huge amounts or anything and unless you deposit most people won't be able to use their free amounts anyway... so that's sort of the catch.
they won't make money by withdrawal fees they are the one giving money and most won't use their wallet to receive coins. And as long you do not deposit money in one year you will be able to withdraw coins free. ANd not worry if it was a scam
