Hmmm... @lextenebris's idea is interesting.
I think I see a way to do this using the Steem Python API... will have to look into it tomorrow, if I have the time.
It'll be an interesting experiment in any case... maybe I can even make that webapp 😆
That would definitely be cool haha. I am sure other Steemiters could use it for giveaways in the future as well

This one doesn't watch for commenters though, and needs every candidate to be a follower, resteemer and voter on the post at once.
