RE: Steemit and Dtube 3D Printed Giveaway

in #giveaway6 years ago

Awesome :)

I'd like to get in on this XD

Hmmm... @lextenebris's idea is interesting.

I think I see a way to do this using the Steem Python API... will have to look into it tomorrow, if I have the time.

It'll be an interesting experiment in any case... maybe I can even make that webapp 😆

That would definitely be cool haha. I am sure other Steemiters could use it for giveaways in the future as well

darn, I knew the idea was too simple for somebody to not have already made it !

This one doesn't watch for commenters though, and needs every candidate to be a follower, resteemer and voter on the post at once.

Hmmm... I've forked the github, And I'll see if I can't make a version that can be launched on the commandline, say, like this:

python RandWinner CVRF https://steemit.com/@user/post

I think I know how to do it so you can use any combination of the C V R F arguments( Comment, Vote, Reblog, Follow) to decide what conditions need to be fulfilled for a person to be selected.

Everyone is a winner! haha get me your shipping details and I will send them your way. Haven't really figured out how to not get you to post your info to the public. my email is [email protected] and if you get back to me asap i'll know its you.

There's encrypted memos that only the account owner can read.

Basicl'y you put thus in the memo field:

# my secret message

The dash makes it into an encrypted string for everyone except the sender and receiver.
