Now that I have achieved all the milestones I originally set out before myself I am focussing on increasing my own posting but part of that will include my weekly giveaways.

What is Headspace Meditation App? How? Who? Where?
Where? Headspace is a mobile app available for iOS and Android from the associated app stores. Has free and paid services for more leasons.
What? Guided meditation with many different options relative to what you require and customization of routines. Long or short doesn’t matter it has many great options.
Who? Everyone, need a mental escape to focus your mind? Try it and I am certain if your have never meditated it will start a new chapter in your life! I would think it could be helpful for someone with expertise to learn new techniques also with its multiple lessons.
How? Simple, KISS simple, open it, get positioned, start, do what the guy tells you! If you get a little further into the lessons then it becomes thinking about what your wishing to accomplish for that meditation, such as a quick 1 min brain refresh! It has a alert to remind you when to do it, gives you alerts for thoughtful reminders through out the day, tracks your activity which is all easily shareable!
Much of what I do is just go through the lessons once a day learn and take away the teachings and apply on my own to situations where I feel the need relax. This app was my first time meditating and I even did it on camera so I could witness my own reaction. Watching and hearing the difference it had on me for the first attempt was all the proof I needed as just relying on the feeling change is hard to recognize if your not particularly aware before starting. I still use it but i have learned to also go without now that I know what to expect from meditation. That is the big thing no one knows what to expect, there is no big epiphany but consistency is the key to finding value! Nothing is more important then mental clarity!

Glad to be of service! I think this may be a video quality question, I had kind of overlooked posting about HeadSpace after my original video! It’s a fairly private subject at least for the reasons I use it and I did not know how I felt about it completely but since it has been helping me it must have value to others!

No actually I didn’t, maybe because I first subscribed for the paid service with use of the voucher from you?
Not particularly worried about it, I think I have learned most of what I needed to get started with just that first month. I screen recorded the lessons I found useful just incase I wanted to cancel my subscription 😉

What Specific Topics Generate Rewards?
Anything cryptocurrency or blockchain related is probably the best, as of right now things are a little slow everywhere.
It looks like your a great photographer so I would suggest keeping with that but is you could somehow make a story out of your pictures that may help expand the topics you can post about using original photography.
My thinking when posting is and will always be about what value I bring to the platform! So for the idea of content creation you must have something worth the viewer and supports to look into such as an airdrop or sharing discounts through affiliate purchases... I dunno really about how to do those ones but I see many people find success through it.
In short if your not a witness or developer of something or a crazy good blogger/vlogger then you must engage on all fronts, you could attempt dual language posts? Find tags that are tending to use. Ultimately all the big rewards posts are paid boosts so don’t look to those in comparison watch what the other small guys are doing to try get noticed see what works and mimic that!
