Winners of Week #40 Of The Homestead Photography Contest
Hey everyone! I hope you are all well. It is that time where we finish up one week and start a new theme in The Homestead Photography Contest. A big thank you goes out to those who participated and supported the contest this week.
So now, let’s see who the lucky winners are for this week. As a reminder, the theme was Farm Animals On The Homestead. With this theme, we were looking for some of the best photos of the animals on your homestead. They could have consisted of anything from cattle to ducks or anything in between, but it just so happens that all our entries were about chickens. Haha!
First place for Week #40 goes to @nateonsteemit. He will receive 0.35 SBD and you can view his original entry here.
Second place goes to @fotostef. He will receive 0.15 SBD and you can view his picture entry below.
I would like to thank everyone again for your participation and support. Now onward to the theme for next week. The new theme for Week #41 will be Autumn On The Homestead. With it getting into November, the weather is starting to change and so is the vegetation. I know here in the Midwest, the leaves have been changing for a couple of weeks now and the weather is starting to get cold. So for this week, I would like for you to show us what Autumn looks like on your homestead as of right now.
As with the other contests, 50% of the liquid sbd generated from this post will be given to the winner and 25% will go to the person who places second.

Our fall quickly moved into winter! I put together a picture of the fall colors on the trees by a turn in our lane combined with the snow laden trees (still fall) in that same spot in the turn in our lane.
