This was an excellent post describing plant rotation! For anyone who gardens, it's a great idea to really understand how soil conditions work. The more knowledge you have, the better your harvest will be! Please check it out!
Below you can see some pictures of the cole field. Each year a family of the same plants is planted on a different section of the organic garden. We have six sections and transfer the plant families clockwise each year. This way specific nutrients used by that family can recover 5 years before the same family appears again at that section.
